This is the start of my 2022. In this montage my weight was 230 lbs. I got stronger though but got fat and made me less confident and became more conscious about health problems if I get to the morbidly obese stage. So that's when I decided to cut the fat weight.
This is the first workout video I made this year. Single Arm Dumbbell Tricep Extension but I know the form is bad and will try to improve it. Started with 5 lbs then 10 lbs, and up to 15 lbs for weeks.
This is my max on this workout, 20 lbs dumbbells. I'm sticking to this weight and just go for rep ranges than risking any injury in heavier weights.
This is my latest workout video. I'm surprised myself that my One Arm Dumbbell Row can lift 50 lbs. It's also my max weight at 5x5.
