I just finished a 10.011km cycling that lasted about 0hh:30mm:7ss !
Some solid early morning rain had me changing to some indoor resistance trainer cycling Instead of the usual run. Felt good to mix it up a bit on the legs. I love my running but really need to be more constant in mixing different types of exercise in weekly.

I greatly agree I used to ride every where, I've been bloody lazy to get my bike down from the hooks in the garage but you've inspired me, I'll get it down tonight and when this rain stops eventually I'm going for a ride!!

Got a low end road bike. I'd like to get another good mountain bike eventually. Got a good Scott road bike, maybe we can have a ride one day as well, I really want to get back into it. Plus you get much more distance 😁 !LOL
