I just finished a 3.25km running that lasted about 0hh:21mm:27ss !
Easy morning run, still really achy from the weekend. Just tried to stay loose and light but keep the cadence high. Did a bit of a core workout as well, push ups, crunches and body weight squats before a cold shower and off to work.
