I hate it when people are trying to max out-usually I see these with dudes-and that add a crazy amount of weight when they should really be only adding slight increments. Case in point-building up to lifting within 5lbs of your last max lift, you hit it, and then decide to add 30-50lbs on the bar. Face Palm. Then they fail or hurt themselves and wonder why??

In almost all situations where I see people overloading they are doing it with terrible form. I don't know what these men are trying to accomplish and really wish someone would have a chat with them. Their lower backs in particular are going to punish them for this later in life.
