After a break of several months, I start training again. I really missed the gym. Sport is health and in addition to a better body, we also build physical and mental health here. We learn discipline and perseverance, and it's also a lot of fun.
Today's workout was for the upper body. Several exercises for each muscle group and the smile is there.
At the end of the training, a bit of stretching yoga is mandatory. Yoga and boxing are the other two sports that I enjoy doing.
I choose to play sports and this is an integral part of my life.
