That was really interesting. I know very little about this subject so it was really cool to learn more about this and especially since you have experience with both fitness and yoga. Few people, few men see it like that. Everybody thinks "big" is good, big is power. I have often had arguments with body builders because they say you must eat meat, you must be big in order to be strong 💪.
This is an interesting and informative video.
