Thank you for sharing! I just discovered you on Hive and really appreciate the "back to basic" sort of method. I rarely have time for myself anymore but certainly this is doable for anyone who can relate! It gives me motivation to revamp and remember my intentions when doing yoga. The necessity of repetition and finding new ways to remain committed. :)

I can straighten my legs/ knees but don't know how to make my kneecaps come up a bit..
