I've been recording and posting quick shorts of my workouts for quite some time on Instagram. Week to week they have made their way to my own personal website and I was hoping to share them here too.
Originally I got started on Hive using the blog platform but then moved to posting via Ecency or PeakD and that has worked great, even if I don't post very often. So anyway I'm going to try and shared my quick workout updates to both keep myself accountability and connect with all you amazing people!
