Afternoon, setting sun, almost ten degrees, running on tarmac road, ... Quite a difference with runs lately which were all on asphalt, mostly in dark. It was nice.

What do you feel about running in the evenings after work...as opposed to running in the mornings...
Running in the morning is better, especially in the winter. Air is fresher, your body and head are fresh too.
Also with morning runs, after you did it, everything important for the day is already behind you :)
In the evening, especially in winter and when late, it is an effort to go out. But, priorities of life dictate evening runs !LOLZ
