I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:15mm:0ss !
Had to do about 50 push ups. Not my best though but still a little bit tired from yesterday's work. Planking next let me see how much I have improved. Will be running later in the day as I need fitness. Catch you guys later and I hope you're all keeping fit? Cheers.
