Evening Run

I just finished a 5.258km running that lasted about 0hh:32mm:43ss !

TL;DR - Meant to run earlier, but got side tracked with photo editing... better late than never eh?

I'm on Holiday this week (woohoo!) and its a welcome opportunity to catch up with jobs and get myself organised. One of those important tasks is to finally get on top with all my photo-editing, as quite frankly I'm miles behind. I was busy wading through one of many sets of images, when I noticed it was starting to get dark...

"Oh crumbs, I was meant to go for a run today!"

I hastily finished the image I was working on and quickly got changed. I chose my music, and headed outside. I had hoped to run in daylight today, but after I got preoccupied, it was nearly night time when I started, and was completely dark by the time I finished. Oh well, time flies when you are having fun I guess?

Once again I chose the route around the village. It is becoming a little bit boring now, but I don't have a great deal of choice round here at the moment. The route I have is a nice and easy 5km. I could choose a different route around the streets, but i would need to remeasure the distance, and keep checking my stop watch. At least with my standard boring route, I know where I am going, and I know that somewhere between 30-35 minutes I will arrive back at home today.

So yeah, not much else to report. I did my run, and arrived home just in time for some sausage casserole to be served up (it was very tasty ;-) )

And now I better get back to those flippin' pictures...

Todays Running Playlist: Havenless by Enslaved. It is a song taken from the album 'Below The Lights', and I like it so much I listened to it on repeat tonight!
