If you could bear to ride the cycle path (which I think is on the pavement, isn't it?) from Arlesey Station/Henlow Bridge Lakes to Shefford along the A507, I believe you can pick up the Bunyan Trail to Bedford from Shefford. Interesting. I've not seen that before, but could be up for trying it some time when I've built up my cycling muscles a bit more. I've never actually ridden all the way from Arlesey to Bedford. The 25 mile round trip on Sunday was enough for me at the moment.
