RE: Februrary was my most productive month of fitness in years

How is that going? Have you gotten started yet? I know that I thought about it for many months before I actually took action. You really just need to find something that you look forward to doing every day, then it becomes easy to find time and energy to do it.

Jogging and diet right now for the most part. I'm doing OK... I guess.... LOL... I'm not gaining so that's good 🤣

Sounds a hell of a lot better than doing nothing!

I do cardio, but it is honestly my least favorite thing. I've spent so many years running back when I trained for Soccer and Basketball, even then it wasn't fun unless I was playing an actual game. I genuinely enjoy seeing my progress with strength training.

I wish I could still do weights. My shoulders are shot!

Cardio is my least favorite too. I force myself to jog at least 4 to 5 times per week. I might look into swimming laps soon.

I know once injury occurs, it can be a lingering issue forever. My friend has some shoulder issues and my brother ankle. Both are restricted because of that.

Swimming is one of my favorites, you should go for it.

I used to teach aerial yoga fitness classes. Maybe look into trying that. Or just regular yoga.
