I know you chose midday to avoid the crowds and it was not a smart move and tells you why no one was around lol. That watch is going to kill you because you can challenge yourself like never before now.

I need to set some sort of alarm to warn me when my heart rate is too high because when I get into the zone I don't pay attention to the warning signs that our bodies naturally give us. Well, I do when I run but no on a bicycle.
