I just finished a 13.325km running that lasted about 1hh:39mm:10ss !
After the long run of yesterday, today on Sunday, was time to make a recovery and social run with friends but always with a safe distance between us. It was a workout with little intensity in order to maintain my cardiorespiratory fitness and recover from the impacts from the yesterday trail on the hills.
OK, OK, i admit...i also did a short 300 meters sprint with two friends just for fun reaching a pace of 02:42 min/km. I achieved a training effect of 2.0 maintaining my cardiorespiratory fitness during this activity with an average heart rate of just 110 HR.
