Hello everyone.
These days I find myself having the energy to workout, only in the evenings. It has happened just twice and I don't intend to continue like that.
Well today was an idle day for me, hence, I definitely had to do some exercise no matter how little.
Beulah just finished 3k skips.
Still not completely strong but I tend to feel more weak when I just lie around doing nothing hence my light workout.
In addition to the skipping, I did 15mins of strength-training.
Right now I'm tired, so I call it a day.
