Hello lovely people.
I hope your week is going great.
So I couldn't do any form of exercise during the weekend and even yesterday as I was not feeling well.
Today, I feel better so I was able to put in a little work.
I was able do 3000 skips followed by some workout and jogging.
Nothing intense, more like warm up and getting ready to pick up from where I stopped.
