Começou mais um aprendizado , prova essa que me ensinou como lidar com algumas situações digo, sair da zona de conforto mais nessa prova do que na anterior, onde seria considerada mais fácil pela distância e altimetria , descobri que toda prova e única e não podemos subestimar.

Aprendi que correr no plano mais sendo em um terreno de areia, cansa do mesmo jeito.
I learned that running on a flat surface, but being on a sandy terrain, is just as tiring.
Aprendi a mudar a estratégia durante a prova e começar a ter esse controle e calma, saber admitir que temos pontos fracos e não jogar tudo pro alto quando chegamos a ver isto, saber se colocar dentro da prova, não importa o tempo que vc está fazendo aquilo, sai de uma prova de mais duração pra uma mais “rápida” , sim mais uma vez por não saber dosar a prova porém com uma evolução enorme pois ali já tive a sensação de evolução, e lembrando sobre curtir o processo.
I learned to change the strategy during the test and start to have that control and calm, know how to admit that we have weaknesses and not throw everything up when we see this, know how to put yourself into the test, no matter how long you are doing that, going from a longer test to a “faster” one, yes, once again for not knowing how to dose the test but with a huge evolution because there I already had the feeling of evolution, and remembering to enjoy the process.
Foram 20km entre trilhas ,dunas , praias, paisagem incríveis e muita gratidão e agradecimentos pela oportunidade de estar nesse lugar.
It was 20km between trails, dunes, beaches, incredible landscapes and a lot of gratitude for the opportunity to be in this place.

Essa foi minha primeira em lugar com muita areia , mais por incrível não entrou muita areia , então não precisei fazer nada , mais uma recente tive que tirar o tênis umas 2 vezes por que além da areia molhou muito com a maré e a área ficava quase como pedra. Porém existe umas telinhas de tecido impermeável que se coloca por cima do tênis como proteção.(This was my first place with a lot of sand, but amazingly not much sand came in, so I didn't have to do anything, another recent one I had to take off my sneakers about 2 times because in addition to the sand it got very wet with the tide and the area was almost like stone. But there are some waterproof fabric screens that are placed on top of the sneakers as protection.)
