I am glad to say that my audition adventures are over for now. With this, I have noticed an increase in the starbits I earn per day but I think I will stick to a giveaway each week since I still need to buy some petrol cans. After taking a look at the 3rd map missions, I think I may of moved there a bit too early as I didn't have the cans or level for the higher tier missions.

There wasn't a lot of duplicates inside my pack opening this time and I already gave one of the two choices before. So this time, I decided to give away a card that I have not put up in a giveaway. This time the card is the R56 Robbie card with 100 fans, 50 skill points, 5 luck and 2 income modifier.

It is a great card and it will help any new player start higher ranked missions. If you are not a new player then I think you can use the extra fans for more starbits or the income modifier for your ranking.

Current Status

As you can see, I finally got that last band member after doing a total of 48 band auditions. This means that I got a band member for every 12 band auditions or a 8.33% chance for me. To tell you the truth, I am very glad I am done with this mission and I don't think I have any plans to come back here for this mission. I was in a rush and popped open the first mission on the third map to realize that I needed a rehearsal room. Luckily I was able to get it for a really good price as noted below.

I was really hoping for the special card Father Earth so I could get some of the special instruments. In the end, I don't think I would buy them off the market and they are limited time items. However I did get myself an epic card this time around. Although it isn't exactly what I wanted, it is a unique card for me and I will take what I can get. This E26 RS7B Dynamic Mic gives me 200 luck but it isn't the instrument I focus on for music lessons.

Current Goals

My current goal is to improve my rankings and I improved my rankings by 7 points since last week. Since I was able to play more often this week, my minutes played has increased quite a bit this week allowing me to earn 0.03 SWAP.HIVE everyday.

As for my previous goals, the band members were done as I stated earlier and I think I can move the goal post for my rankings by a little bit due to the pack openings. At some point I do expect my rankings to not really increase as much and it will be a struggle to maintain my ranking.

One thing I stated towards the beginning of the post was that I think I rushed the new map and I would suggest think about it before doing that first mission. Once you do, the ego you earn from the previous map will increase and even the ego from the 1st map jumped quite a bit after the 3rd time completion in the day. I think the best thing for me to do was to collect petro cans in the 2nd map and increase my level so I could make the most of the missions there. With only a 15 minute mission on the 3rd map, it just doesn't seem worth it.

The ego issue is definitely something people want to balance and that would require music lessons. In fact, I earn quite a bit of skill points doing guitar music lessons because of my guitar NFT cards. The skill points you earn from the specific music lessons change depending on the cards in your collection so feel free to check which ones are best for you every once in a while.

I think the tips are something every new player should know about. It will help people progress in the game and it hasn't really been shared since surya1adiga stopped his giveaways.

1. Take music lessons when possible to raise skill and reduce ego.
2. Having lesson specific instruments helps in receiving more skill from that lesson.
3. Have pizza box to store any pizza received during mission to reuse later.
4. Buy cold pizza slice if possible. This gives 1 refill every 24hours. Comes very handy when you are low on energy.
5. If you have enough of cold pizza slice and pizza box, you will never run out of energy.
6. If you have more fans than skill and you want reduce the ego , you can use a storage trailer to store unnecessary cards. Or you can list the card in market for an unreasonably high price.
7. Ego received for a particular mission increases every time you play it. The ego is reset to base level the next day. So, try to play different missions to control the ego gained.
8. Keep track of your achievements to unlock in game rewards
9. Buy storage trailer (only if necessary) to keep the cards that might have a negative effect. Like a card with high fan count resulting in ego.
10. When earning skill points through music lessons, you can earn more points per lesson if you hold more of specific instrument cards. There seems to be base skill which is rewarded irrespective of the card count and then the skill increases depending on the number of the lesson specific card one has.
11. Try taking up many smaller missions to fill up pizza boxes and have extra energy to play more rewarding missions. But you need to have pizza boxes for this to work.
