Very true what you present in your post, it is very important for a company to invest in the personal growth of its employees, however I believe that many are only limited to cover a position, perform a specific job without taking into account the benefits that in the long run they can get both in their economic gains in their employees and customers. Hello @yusvelasquez Yes it is very true, most of the time only companies that work under quality standards, give due importance to staff training, especially in the area of emotional intelligence...thanks for reading!
