Well I would not but if it becomes kind of mandatory, local jobs would have to be on a 4 days schedule.
Look in France there is a maximum working time for blue collars which is 35 hours per week (anything added is paid double). When it came into enforcement, wages did not crash despite the fact that people were working less.
