What gets into our body, decides our physical health, our physical health decides our mental health, and our mental health decides our overall life energy. So definitely our diet is the most important thing that we need to be mindful of.

You are undoubtedly right, but this has to be complemented by a positive mindset, and try to get together with people who offer a pleasant setting; I think that you need to have a nice atmosphere to be able to feel at ease and things to flow.
