It is now an acknowledged fact that esports are a thing (as much as I still have a hard time believing it) since a successful player can literally make a good living out of it. Top streamers on Twitch and YouTube make a significant amount of money as that has entered bizshow dimension, we're talking about sponsorship contracts that range in the hundreds of thousands of USD.
By the way, PUBG is Old News in the game world. All the big players moved on several months ago, first to Fortnite (which is turning Old News itself by now) then to CoD:Warzone, and even them are already fading off.
The New Stuff trending now is Fall Guys, Valorant, Rogue Company, and the Next Big Thing will likely be Call of Duty:Cold War. You may want to keep an eye and write about them ;)
