There are some key elements that is responsible for organizational efficiency most of which are the acts of bureaucracy as the concept of formal Organization is the same as that of bureaucracy. These key elements includes:

Specialization: workers in a formal or bureaucratic organizations are usually assigned with tasks which are specific to an individual. Specialization has to do with a situation whereby an individual is adapted to performing a special function or task.

Hierarchy in position: The workers in a formal Organization are always placed or ranki above each other according to their level of competence, importance, qualification, status and so on. Each person is always been supervised by someone higher up and also in turn supervising others in a lower position to him or her. This hierarchical positioning helps to checkmate what everyone is doing at all levels.

Sometimes it is good to make changes to formality and experiment to seek benefits, especially at this time when the traditional is undergoing changes forced by the changing vision of producers and buyers. While it is true that there must be an organization, it is also true that it should not be rigid, in order to be able to adapt to unforeseen events. @tipu curate 2

Nice points raised but perhaps shortening the topics would be better.

Noted.. Thanks for taking out time to read the post.

I would be interested to hear your ideas on the influence of the information age on organizations. Much of this thinking suggests that today's successful organizations have less specialization, more agility and collaboration as well as more flattening of leadership structures. Your thoughts?
