I want to make this analysis based on a big question that I think should occupy our minds, especially when it comes to leadership, this question is:
Can one be born with the qualities of leadership or is it somehow made and/or structured?
I think it is necessary to give it a sense and conception somewhat different and perhaps contradictory to what many know and understand of leadership, since many times this word is associated with the qualities that a person has who runs a company, business or any entity that is managed within a group of people, I think today there is room for the idea of giving leadership a sense and orientation more contradictory to what many paradigms related to this issue indicate, So perhaps humanity in a new direction that decides to take a different future can think of a structure that favors the conditions for the emergence of a new leadership, so we could be talking about a type of sustainable leadership, that is, a leadership that can be maintained and be effective in the time that it is carried out.
I believe that in order to answer the question I asked about how a leader can be conceived, it is important to take into account the characteristics of the environment in which the leader emerges, his or her formation and history are influential in knowing whether a person is born with that gift or on the contrary was able to build that quality of leadership.
If we look around us we see many people who have not been prepared to be managers or to take the reins of a group of people, however, without realizing it, they carry innate attachment and feeling of leading the reins and destiny of many people, that is what I would call an innate leadership, so conclusively we could say that one can be born with this characteristic in an innate way.
Neither can we obviate the possibility that a person builds his own qualities as a leader, however a leader who makes himself and prepares himself almost always does it to fulfill his own objectives and needs, it is a very own deduction to which I arrive with this affirmation, and the slightly deductive way to demonstrate it is the following:
If we are not born with a certain quality, what drives us to want to develop it?
From my point of view the human being has a way of seeing life, in which many times we develop a quality that we are not born with in order to be able to cover with an individual need or a need that is not of a common good of a part of the society, what leads us to develop that quality that in principles we did not have it is that need to be able to convince a majority that our philosophy is true and for that reason they should support us, but that in fact that quality we learn it is so that a great mass of people help us to achieve our purposes.
The fact that the benefit that can be achieved from a leadership built and not innate makes us think about a leadership disguised but still leadership, the case is that depending on many aspects can be born with this quality of leadership and under other circumstances and purposes can be built a leadership based almost always on individual personal interest or for a small group of people.
Conclusion
To complicate the picture of this analysis, perhaps I should add that there is no genuine and unique way in which many of us agree on the issue of clarifying what may be the extraordinary characteristics of leaders based on their architecture or design.
I say this based on the fact that there are characteristics that are considered effective within what a leader is in some contexts, while in others it seems not to apply in the same way, and that is that just by naming a factor on which it can depend, I could name society, especially that society that needs leadership and where leadership is an essential part.
We can find some examples that encourage the acceptance of ambiguity about what leadership is and how we perceive a leader, for example there are solid characteristics that strengthen leadership such as charisma based on values but at the same time there are inconsistent leaderships based on self-sacrifice, although the latter can be highly discussed.
The culture, the history of the people is a strong indicator to think that the strengths of a leadership can apply perfectly for a region, but not be very useful for other countries.
Even discussing and analyzing the issue of whether leadership is made or is innate is often irrelevant if it is associated with the goals that modern leadership can set for solving humanity's problems such as global warming, insufficient economic models, environmental pollution, extreme poverty, pandemics, natural disasters, among other problems that can begin to be solved under a new leadership context.

Truly there are so many characteristics that makes a good leader. And the scope of a particular leader and what his character encompasses differs significantly with what is obtainable in another. And different society, situation or era and event demand different qualities and characteristics. This is demonstrated by the series of great leaders that were inspired by different time events.
