What is community, but a feeling of shared purpose and commitment? This community spirit cannot be manufactured. It must be nurtured, and when it does take hold, it is a human miracle. That's what we had in the Let's Make a Collage Community this Christmas.
There is something about making a collage and having it appreciated that seduces. Collage creation is a wonderful exercise for artists and a great creative outlet for people who are not artists.
A couple of weeks ago one of our community members, @argeh, took the initiative and suggested that community members make a postcard collage for Christmas. There was no prize offered, just the simple pleasure of creating and sharing.
In today's post we invite all of Hive to enjoy the Christmas postcards created by our community members. What a lovely compliment @lmac for my holiday design. I appreciate the Community for giving me a start to my collage design and allowing me to perfect it for my creative themes. The team and all LMAC members have shown me nothing but kindness since I started my journey. Thank you all for your support over the years.
