I've downloaded that evocative picture and have ideas. A great idea for a blog. However, I'm suffering a crisis of confidence :) So many excellent pictures, using techniques I haven't mastered. And so many reflecting an artistic skill I don't possess :)). If I am satisfied with the result after playing I will submit, otherwise, I will participate by supporting those who know what they're doing :)
