Hello everyone, I accidentally discovered this community created by Claudio and then I decided to make my first post Among other things, being all in the Christmas theme it is easier for me to create these posts.
The other night I went with a friend of mine to a place in a restaurant in Milan that I don't want to advertise but that perhaps many of you will know that during the Christmas period it transforms completely and is decorated down to the smallest detail, truly creating a magical atmosphere. .

For heaven's sake, in the end I come to this restaurant more than anything else for the very good veal cutlets, that is to say the Milanese style that here they make in a fantastic way.

This restaurant is located just outside Milan and is called Al Garghet rightly I tell you the name if anyone is going to try it and when you go inside during this period it is like a bit of getting into a Christmas movie it is very difficult to explain.

Another dish I tried the other night is that I usually eat at Christmas time is risotto with ossobuco I think it's a Milanese specialty because every time I've been around for work in Italy I've never found it .
