Hello guys, it's me again trust we all good. So something happened this morning so I thought I should share as well you know because this could help someone out there.
Managing your anger is very important to our daily activities cos anger destroys a lot of things and many of us are still trying to manage it.
This beautiful morning i was angered so badly that i almost broke my phone, sha I did not cos las las na me go still buy new one 😆 ...
On my way to work I was just smiling and enjoying the cool music playing then boom there was a fight between two drivers in front at first i wasn't aware of what was going on cos I was with my headset enjoying my self. My driver stopped and went out and then I came out as well to know what was wrong. As people were trying to settle the issue between the drivers fighting cos they blocked the road, my driver got a slap from one of them I had to hold the other guy and ask why he did that and as I was trying to get my driver so we could find a way out of the. mess I receive a very hot slap like I wasn't expecting it damn I was mad it was like they just set my head on fire and my brain switched. I held the guy and I almost gave him a punch but then I had to talk to my self because trust me he won't have survived it cos of where I was going to hit him, I had to take a deep breath moved back people were shocked as well and then I put on a smile and I told him for worth is worth I can't be like you and I moved away. when my driver saw me moved away he join and we left and I told him something that not everyone you see on the road are alive many of them are just close to death and I'm not gonna let any one put me in the position of me explaining to the police or anything. I have never had anything to do with the police and I am not going to have now.
When involved in some issues that will heat things so badly around you, making you so angry and you know you can't control your self or manage that situation you move out.
SOME THERAPEUTIC EXERCISE I DO FOR MY SELF TO KEEP MY COOL
Try to recognise my tone and bring myself back to normal no matter how angry I get you need to be very intemtional.
Walk away
Take a breath in and out
Understanding my trigger point
Considering the consequence of action after
Relax my muscle, stop talking and listen
Get a therapy section
You know all these is me, the way I handle mine and it works for me no matter what I keep it cool and behave my self. Yes humans can really push you against the wall most times but you need to really know your self so you can manage all these overwhelming emotions.
LASTLY DON'T FORGET TO DRINK A LOT OF WATER COS IT IS GOOD FOR YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING.

It's good that you could control your anger and show them you're better then them.
