RE: Consoling the gamer

We are definitely moving less on average and I think with less range of motion. At least for me, I feel my body protesting how I treat it.

I don't know if you have this reaction - but nearly every time I see someone on one of those Tier eScooter things, it looks like they could benefit from a brisk walk. =)

My body is my temple.

I'm moving too little, I'm assuming most people are. Now as I've started working from home I've realized how little I use my bike, so I've tried to start using the bike more often when I'm going somewhere. I've started using my huge backpack for groceries so I don't need the car for groceries. It can be exhausting but it would be much worse if I didn't do it, as "hyötyliikunta" is the most important kind of liikunta.

Is the temple getting larger?

so I've tried to start using the bike more often when I'm going somewhere.

Just remember, Halloween is coming...

I am sitting on the couch as I work at the moment and it is destroying me. Seriously - I am a potato.

Potatoes are beautiful.

Let's go back to my post from 2017:

(edited. not sure why google redirected me to beta.peakd.com instead of peakd.com but link has now been replaced)

That was some of your best potato.

did the beta one still work?

Being potato is great and you should be happy to be a potato.

And beta one worked, but I thought it looked suspicious, so I prefer the "normal" link.
