Sometimes, one of the most effective ways to encourage ones self is to look back, see what you have done.

Measure where you were and where you are now.
You will be amazed at how much you have grown, how much you have achieved in the time between, how much progress you have made.

Looking at this drawing now, i see how much more i have become since 2012.
