We always talk to ourselves. Speaking with oneself is a translation of the thinking and mental thoughts that float around in our consciousness. And our brain is always in a permanent activity and its activity is reflected in our conversations with ourselves, and similar to the effects of the hadiths and words of people with us, our conversations with ourselves affect them as well. Speaking with oneself guides and defines emotions and behavior. Unfortunately, there are many people who talk to themselves about what they do not enrich, and it lowers their self-esteem. The reason may be criticism of parents, teachers and others, which makes them any people believe that there are many negatives in their personalities.
Negative self-talk usually generates anxiety, depression, and other devastating mental health outcomes. Perhaps the prophecies we create against ourself seem common among people, as we begin by believing in our claim and propaganda, and bring ourself what scares them. On the contrary, it is true, positive talk with oneself offers desirable products and generates new feelings
The question is: Does changing our conversation with ourself give us help and benefit? Sure, yes, 'tell your own over and over again that you're going to fail, you're going to fail.' 'Tell your own again and again that you will succeed, especially if this success is made by your effort and perseverance.'
So talk to yourself about your past successes, about the times you've accomplished things, the times you've overcome difficulties, and the days when you feel good. As long as you feel the good mood, you will now feel good. You may have overcome the difficulties before and you will also overcome them now.

Everyone need appreciation. But now a days people trying to let down others which spread negativity.
It is possible that the people who are more successful have faced failure more than others, because they have tried and tried many things. So you shouldn't focus on failure. But look at mistakes as learning experiences, self-growth, and knowledge.
This post is awesome, very informative and well put together.
