Soy Sonia Nelly González, soy de México egresada de la carrera de Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones y Electrónica de la Escuela Superior de Ingeniería Mecánica y Eléctrica (ESIME) del Instituto Politécnico Nacional, taquimecanógrafa, técnico en electrónica y deportista.

En retrospectiva me gustaría contarles que jugué softbol de niña y, en ese entonces, fui primera base, jardinera derecha y también líder en bateo. Siempre fui deportista, practiqué básquetbol, boxeo, ciclismo, atletismo, fútbol americano (tocho bandera) y estuve en el pentatlón universitario. Como pueden ver, toda mi vida la enfoqué al deporte y así fue como llegué a ser instructora de fitness.
Actualmente, me dedico a dar clases de zumba, gimnasia reductiva, twister, taebo y demás.

I was always an athlete, I played basketball, boxing, cycling, track and field, flag football and I was in the college pentathlon. Todo lo que hago en el deporte se lo debo a mis padres, especialmente a mi padre, la persona que más admiro, el cual fue un señor trabajador, inteligente y muy perseverante, no dejo a mi hermosa madre atrás, la cual me dio una gran fortaleza; también a mis hijos y nieto quienes me inspiran a dar lo mejor de mí cada día.
