RE: Draycott Sleights and Asham Wood: They Can't Stop Us A-Walking!

in OCD6 years ago

two days back , during Greek easter , the most restricted lockdown time until now , two man walked up to me and my campsite .Ho dam , cops??? , but no , just some neighbours , came by for a talk end a welcome to there small town . We had a nice talk about who i was and who they where . Even invited me to come visit there place for a coffee some day . They even shaked my hand when they left . After this most people in this small town greed me friendly with a smile .. indeed life ain't that bad :-)

Isn't it funny how we are automatically suspicious? But most people are just like us, and are quite nice, aren't they? That's such a nice story - thanks for making me smile!

there is a positive side to this covid thing to , i have seen people that normaly would avoid a certain kind of people , a kind , sort of like us , make friends , because people " like us " reached out and gave help or support . It opens the eyes of many . So lets hope this positive becomes a chain reaction true the whole of mankind for an even beter future .
We the people can turn this around . Lets focus on that . :-)
