My Everyday Summer Routine || Sneak Peek Of My Life

Hello Hivers!

Today in this blog I'm going to share my daily routine with you guys!
To be honest I personally think that a person should start his day with some positive and good vibes. Therefore I start my morning with a long 5km walk.

I wake up at 6 and as soon as I wake up I wash my mouth wear my shoes and go for a walk. After I reach my destination I sit there for some time and listen to my favourite songs. What I personally feel is that spending some time with a great view in the morning really refreshes you.

After my morning walk I go straight to take a bath and yes now it's the favourite part of my day "Breakfast". I never skip my breakfast as skipping your breakfast may lead to many health problems. So for today's breakfast I decided to eat something healthy and I made a lettuce smoothie and some oats with fruit.

This is my favourite breakfast of all the time despite being so healthy it is tasty too.

As of now because of the pandemic we have our online classes so I attend them and do my study and college stuff.

It's in my routine that after my classes I always have a bowl of pomegranate as it rejuvenate your skin and helps your body to remove all the toxins.

I always think that keeping yourself busy in doing stuff always help you to improve your routine and make things better.

I always prepare my lunch myself so for today's lunch I prepared some fruit salad for me. It was really delicious and different because I also added some avacados in it for the first time🤭. I always try to eat healthy and I believe in keeping myself fit. Eating healthy has many benefits as it keeps you fit and keeps you away from health disorders. I know it is really hard to eat healthy and keep yourself away from all those tempting junk food but trust me once you start eating healthy you'll enjoy it and feel good about you and your body.

In the evening I do yoga for almost 40 minutes. Sometimes I do skip it because of some work but I try to keep myself regular. Physical exercise can help you in many ways it can help you to manage your weight, control your blood pressure and to improve your strength.

After some yoga I head to my kitchen to prepare dinner for me and my family. I made a typical Indian dish. Some Potatoes and peas, Chapati (taco) and some Salted rice. Ending your day with a good meal is always great.
