Hello everyone, my name is Rita Efiok Eshiet, I'm from the southern part of Nigeria known as Akwa Ibom. I'm a 21 year old lady currently studying English Language and Literary studies in the university of Uyo,located here in Akwa Ibom state. I live with my Mum in uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom state. I obtained my secondary school leaving certificate from a prestigious private school with a difference popularly known as The Nigerian Christian Institute. Located still in Akwa Ibom state.
Oh how I love acting. I have a daring love and passion for the entertainment world. In pursuit of my passion, I was given a lead role in the movie Broken Beyond written and produced by Gprince Jonah. The movie as shown above tells the story of injustice and abuse which Ruth passes through in the hands of everyone that was meant to protect her. She ends up taking her life thus leading to the death of the child she birthed as a result of multiple sexual assault. It is a sad story that mirrors the tragedies of life which women and people in general face day in day out. I also have passion for speaking, in general,the English language. I find it rather intriguing and more of a mystery than just a natural language. English grows and changes almost everyday. Yesterday ,in the old English era, to be foolish meant to be nice and to think that it means a senseless person today holds so much mystery than my brain is able to unravel. Because of my passion for acting,I make tiktok videos and I feel alive each time I upload my videos and someone laughs or appreciates me. Below is a picture of one of my numerous tiktok skits
I love swimming and I love badminton too. They're my favorite sports. I Love taking long walks down the street in the evenings to just feel nature and be with myself. I love listening to music and Simi is my favorite artist.
Movies are also my favourite way to have a good time. I would of course add dancing to that except that my brain and my body don't agree so dancing is extreme sport for me. I can't dance.
I also love listening to people talk especially if I find them intelligent. I'm very drawn to the sea, one of the reasons my boyfriend calls me a mermaid. I'm not one though. So the first time I went to a river, I felt that I could swim only for me to get into the water and almost got carried away by the waves or current?. Of course, I did learn that water was to be mastered and I became more determined than ever to learn to swim. I love picnics too and cooking as well.
In terms of activities ,I like cooking and writing and just surfing the net. I hate washing anything at all except my body of course.
Then in terms of characters. I like people who are straightforward, honest,funny and just easy going. I really dislike liars and uptight people who always have to force everything, even love. So I like honesty ,I like to be free and I like people who respect other people's privacies. I'm a very easy going person and I love the air around me to be free and things to be done the easy way. I don't have energy for fights or misunderstandings so it might be weird that I give up easily and sometimes apologize in a bid to end a very unnecessary argument. As much as I like the entertainment World and as much as I like to be in the spotlight,I don't like going out or partying I love to stay by myself and just have alone time. My mum calls me a lone wolf because of this. The world is a simple place,it is us humans that make everything so complicated by our idea of what life should be like. I feel that everyone deserves the right to live the way they want as long as they're not hurting anyone and so I dislike the idea of being told what to do ,how to live ,what to eat and where to go and things to do at a particular time . I dislike the idea of being controlled very much. I also like photography and I find nature to be very inspiring and so on here, I will like to communicate with other people get to know them and also get them to know me through my post which I will share with everyone. I will also be writing everything that I love to write about. And I will also be sharing my little knowledge of cryptocurrency and I am so grateful to this platform for giving me the opportunity to get to learn more about crypto and also share my knowledge as well. I know very little about Crypto occurrences and the most, of course, is Bitcoin the leading Crypto of the world. I know a few terms in crypto like a dump and dumping which basically talks about the fall I'm the price of a coin. I hope to share my knowledge of crypto as much as I can I'm not also thankful to Hive for creating this opportunity for me and all others to get to learn about crypto. I recently joined it crypto education class to expand my knowledge of Cryptosystem.
I got to know about Hive through my best friend @emyekanem who practically taught me everything that I'm doing right now ,including how to bold and centralise my work. I'm deeply grateful to her and to this platform and I can't wait to understand everything better. I can't wait to grow in knowledge with all of you. Thank you for having me.
