How Long Should Your Morning Routine Be?

in OCD4 years ago

Mornings ought to be a blessed daytime. They are not gazelles or lions. Yet we can’t be lenient. All should rest well and be ready to go.

Good Morning

If your days are a flurry of activity or just fine tuning, here are some tips for you.

Relay Your Morning

Here are a few simple tips to help improve your early morning routine:

Wake up and dress up fully in the morning (including makeup and hair) It makes the rest of your day simpler.

When you need it, you are free to make an impromptu errand and ready to welcome an unexpected guest and feel better. When you take some time to do this, you will know how little time it takes and it is worth your time later in the day. Prepare to finish your own morning routine before you have to arrange everything else in your building.

You will have to support some of them if your children are not really self-sufficient. When you take the time to get up and get ready, make your bed before your door is gone, you are inspired and much more effective to help others in your house who need your support.

Limit breakfast options.

We cultivate oatmeal and homemade granola, whole wheat toast bread and fresh fruit. If other options are available, they can be

done and cleaned easily. After breakfast every person puts his or her dishes in the washing machine so they don’t have to pile up in the sink. Make older children responsible for some of the younger children’s morning routines. This may take some training.
Use the next couple of weekends or school breaks to teach your kids how to support each other.

Prepare lunch the night before, pack all bags and papers needed. They can even be loaded in the car. Keep a large basket at the front door where all the required things are stored the next day. If you are at home, make sure that you have supplies available for lunch. Help your kids learn to get ready by making a short list of things they have to do in the morning. Train them with a timer to move fast in the morning and let them learn to review their lists and make sure they’re all ready to go. With my four and six years old, I made a list.

Since the four-year-old can’t do something alone, she is allowed to ask the six year-old to support her. If you are too early in the morning, think about getting up 20 minutes earlier, brainstorming with your husband or raising uncertainty in family life.

Unnecessary noise reduction.

The morning may be quiet and peaceful, but radios, TVs and other noise-makers just add to the sense of confusion. If you like soothing music, or upbeat motivational music, do that in a tone, so that everyone doesn’t raise their voices.

Simplify dressings. If your children don’t have school uniforms, make the weekly clothes on Saturday morning.

Availability, repairs required or missing parts can be tested until everyone is in a mad rush. When we young people in the house, we sometimes have different opinions about fashion, which means that sorting these issues out at once often keeps them from being an issue when everyone hurries to make things happen.

If someone has trouble getting up in the morning, bump up the bedtime by 15 minutes. Do this again every few days until the right balance for rest is reached. Well-rested people will wake up and be ready to go in good moods!
