Anger
What is anger?.....
Anger is a kind of feeling or emotion we have when we are offended, whether deliberately or not.

Anger most times might occur from what we did wrong ourselves or what someone did to us.

Anger is a feeling and how we express it is the action, and with this it shows how vexed the person is.

Now according to research, anger is an emotion characterized by antagonism toward someone or something you feel has deliberately done you wrong.

Anger can be a good thing. It can give you a way to express negative feelings, for example, or motivate you to find solutions to problem.
But excessive anger can cause problems.

We have three major types...
We have the passive aggression, open aggression and assertive anger.

Assertive anger allows the person to take control of their situation and tackle the issue that is directly causing their anger.

Open aggression is when you openly lash out in anger and rage and sometimes becomes verbally abusive.

While, passive aggressive behavior is a pattern of indirectly expressing negative feelings instead of openly addressing them.

Truthfully, i'm actually guilty of this type (passive aggression) of anger and i can't help it, sadly.

Now, coming to what the scipture(Holy Bible) says about anger. The Bible made us to understand that its okay to feel anger and all but in the process of this feeling of anger, do not sin against God, yourself and your neighbor, so as not to incure the wrath of God...
Just as Ephesians 4:26 says, be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger.

But most of us tend to make this mistake often by letting our anger for someone or something over cloud our sense of reasoning and judgement which is not meant to be, and that is why we have the word of God(Bible) to guide and help us....

Once you posted your post in the right community, you can then cross post it to OCD community. Here's a guide about cross posting.

Please don't delete any post with the purpose of reposting it in another community as that can be considered abuse! Leave this post here, you'll get it right next time.

Also please source everything that is not yours to avoid being accuse of plagiarism. There's a paragraph in your post that is copied and you also say "according to research" but there's no link to the research or any source added.
