This weekend was very beautiful, seeing it was Christmas and the holiday has been so amazing.
But I was struck by the zeal of a young man who had only one leg serving in church.

Despite having one of his legs amputated, he was standing at the entrance of the gate helping members park their cars and welcoming them to church with a smile.

His countenance was a pure joy to watch and am thinking to myself, I have both my of my legs and my body is complete why can’t I be joyful or even more than this fellow. I mean look at it, what could be worse than losing your leg when you’re alive?

That goes to show that despite any situation we find ourselves we can still choose to be grateful and joyful about life.

And our joy doesn’t come from things we have it comes from God and a choice to be joyful regardless.

This young man had only one leg and he was going about life like nothing happened and you see others going through other challenges acting bitter like the whole world is crashing on them.

You have a choice to make your life Joyful or not!

Don’t go about your life hating everyone because you’re going through something because every other person is also going through one thing or the other but, they made a choice to be joyful and give out a positive attitude and energy about life you too can make that happen!

Happy weekend and
Have a nice week ahead!
