Travel to the Bay of Bengal: End of Day One at Saint Martin's Island

It was like 4pm my cousin drag me off the hammock and decided to wach and walk in the beach and of course watching the beautiful sunset!

Very common style and more or less 50% people taking a picture during Sunset got this style!.

I don't know how I would express the feelings but it is like if I could stay here forever! The practical solution might be different and difficult! People here living by fishing year around and selling stuff related to a beach during tourist seasons.

My younger sisters trying to fly like a Seagull! She was too happy to be there.

Each of us flying too and got the same feeling! Meanwhile I got busy to Capture the Sunset moment with my cellphon like 10 minutes video I got till the Sun totally vanished in the Sea!

While I was fist seen the Sea, I was surprised and after watching this beautiful Island my thoughts changed as my feeling there are even better things in the world if we could look correctly.

It was nearly dusk and we were too happy as the amazing Sunset will be observed by us very soon.

We were too happy and the kids were amazing! They swims 5/6 times each day! It was too fun for them.

In the evening we rush into the Jety area where the Fish Market and the restaurants are situated basically this restaurant and fish market is more active in the morning for only breakfast purposes and in the evening for several kinds of Sea fish, fresh Crab & Prawn.

We visited each shop to find the best Crab & Prawn and a huge .. fish.

It was 7.75 kilograms (17lb) fish!

The man couldn't carry but lift it on the sky!

It was long like this man! ...and the taste was way much delicious than we thought.

Let's have a look more fish we found in the market!

Fishing is the main professional activities of this island for more than 6000 people. There are several incidents took places over the years in Saint Martin's Island, Burmese Border Guard killed several fishermen till date although they were fishing just off the Island coast. Not only that but the Government of Myanmar claim the Island as their part in the updat map of 2015-2018 although, after strongly worded protest of Bangladesh, Myanmar said it was a mistake.

We had a good chance to fry the Prawn and Crab in the restaurant and went back to the resort to have them.

At night we walked in the beach, watching the shooting starts, singing songs and gossiping till 2am. Then we went for 4 hours sleep as, the very next day we had to go to watch the beautiful Chera Dwip- the extension of Saint Martin's Island.
