Mango kalakand Sandesh Recipe

Hi friends, today I will make you sweet again.
Today I am going to show you the best fruit of summer Mango Kalakand.
It can beat any sweet in the sweet shop. Try it once at home and I hope you will agree with me. It is very easy to make in your home.
So let me show you how you can easily make it step-by-step at home.

Ingredients of Mango Kalakand Sandesh: -
Mango - 500 gm
Ghee - 1 teaspoonful
Full Fat Milk - 1/2 Litre
Chana of 1/2 Litre Milk or use 150 gm Paneer
Sugar - 1/2 Cup or 100 Gm
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Milk Powder - 1/4 Cup or 30 Gm
Cashew Nuts
Almonds
Pistachios

First of all I will take two mangoes and cut them into pieces.

I took the mangoes from a mixer grinder.
Now paste it very well.

Now I am taking a square cake tin and giving a small amount of ghee on it.
I will brush it very well around the cake tin.

This time I will take half a liter of full fat milk in pan.
Heat it in high flame.

Then I will mix it with 1 cup of pasted mango pulp.

Then in Medium flame, I will mix it very well with milk
After mixing very well, I will cook it in high flame again.
Whenever the milk starts to boil, I will make the flame medium and boil it for another 4-5 minutes
cook in high flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Then you will see that the mixture has become much thicker.

Then I will give half a liter of milk Chana.

This time I will give half a cup of sugar.
How much sugar you give will depend on how sweet your mango is.
Then we have to cook high flame to mix the chana.
When it becomes thick by stirring, give 1/4 th teaspoons of cardamom powder in it.

And I am giving one-fourth cup of powdered milk.
As a result of giving powdered milk, the test of mango Kalakand taste will increase a lot.
It still has to cook high flame to stir.

As the mixture is matched, the grains will become a texture.
This time the mixture has become ready.

Then I poured the hot mixture into the pot which is cover with ghee.
Then I will spread it evenly all around.
It needs to be spread around quickly.

On top of that I will spread some dry fruits.
Such as cashews and almond type.
And I spread some pesta.
And let's see how it goes in an hour.

After an hour, I will take them out of the fridge and cut them into squares like Kalakand.
