Hello everyone!, I am new to this community and also new to the hive platform entirely, so it means, this is my first content in Hive.blog platform, and I hope to captivate your keen hearts with this introductory post. So sit tight, relax and get to know me😊

Meet and Greet

My name is Raymond Raymond Chinonso but my friends call me “Ray Ray”. Till this day, I have no idea if they call me RayRay because it's short for my full name(Raymond Raymond) or it's just something they came up with. I've been called Raymondeebaba in the past, but that was a lifetime ago. I'd describe myself as a brown skinned, handsome and funny dude. I'm just fun to be with and I love being around people except when I don't, I guess that makes me an ambivert🌚

Well, I can spend all day telling you about myself without you actually knowing who I am. So who is Raymond?

I was born a bouncing baby boy on the 1st of September 1998. Therefore I signal the begining of the 'ember months. I am the first child of a family of 6, meaning that I have a younger sister and two other brothers looking up to me, and trust me, it's neither an easy feeling nor task.

I hail from the eastern part of Nigeria, Imo state to be precise but I reside in Lagos, let me rephrase, I was born and brought up in the streets of lagos “Eko o ni baje o!!!”🥰

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

I can't start talking about my educational background from my kindergarten stage because I have no memory of then 😜 but I attended Divine Peniel nursery and primary school for my primary school certificate and qualification, then I went on to attend Owen Thomas College for my secondary school qualification and WAEC certificate.

I am currently a 400level Metallurgical and Materials Engineering student in the prestigious University of Nigeria Nsukka. Here is a selfie of me stressed from class😂.

HOBBIES AND INTERESTS

I take deep pleasure in writing. I write articles, short stories and poems. I knew I could write when I wrote for a girl for the first time, I was trying to woo her so I ended up writing a love poem about missing her, Lol😂. Ever since then writing has been a great hobby of mine.

I play table tennis at my leisure. Not that I'm that great at it but it's the only sport I can partake in, I've never been a fan of football, right from my childhood, I don't watch football either, it bores me. But table tennis? That's my game. 😊

Comics!. My greatest hobby is comic reading and arguing comic book characters with fellow comic geeks. I'm a DC fan no offense to marvel fans though.

Well, Who is Raymond without his love for fashion?. I love fashion so much that I follow almost all fashion companies on Instagram. I even tried to venture in to the modelling world at one point in my life, I took a few shots though I stopped due to some reason but I'm hoping to get back into it again do it better this time around. Here is a modelling shot I took one time.

HOW I GOT TO KNOW ABOUT HIVE

I got know about Hive from a friend @sonofremi. He told me about a platform he has been earning from for a while now, then he told me I could be a part of the platform and it's communities as well and all I had to do was to keep creating original contents and I'd earn as well, little did he know that I was a bit of a writer myself.
