Well light accounts would effectively be an app. They wouldn’t exist on the blockchain. OpenSeed is only working on chat for Hive. I mentioned previously that it was a potential use case for OpenSeed as well because they would require an off chain database and that’s basically what OpenSeed is.

Pretty sure all I’ve heard is SMTs are still on the roadmap and happening although I don’t personally think they will make a huge difference in our situation here.
