MY VERY SHORT INTRODUCTION POST - BEGINNER 3D ARTIST :)

Hey Hivers, It feels very good to be here as a part of this community after waiting a while to be able to join. Thanks to @reggiesart for telling me about hive and introducing me to it and guiding me through everything from account creation even to this introductory post😅

WHO AM I?

My name is Eno Ekanem, a 22 year old student in the National Open university of Nigeria, with a passion for 3D art and animation hoping to make a career somewhere in that field, or maybe even in the gaming industry. Generally wherever my skills will be needed.🙂

I have always had an interest in arts, games and animations since I was very little, watching amazing animated movies like Toy Story, How To Train your Dragon, and numerous others only served to fuel my drive to one day be a contributor to what people would see on screen and be in awe of. But I have only been in the 3D space for about a year now and it has been a slow, very rough start as I try to juggle school, my art and a non-existent social life😅
Even though its been hard, its exactly what I signed up for, and I know that if I keep pushing I'll eventually get there "LITTLE PROGRESS IS STILL PROGRESS" - Me I guess, lol

WHAT I DO

Right now if you come across any of my socials you'd probably see something like "3D product Visualizer" or "3D product designer", even though creating visually stunning cinematics or short movies is my major goal at the moment, I've had to settle for designing and modeling products for clients because I'm still relatively new to the 3D space and the jobs are quite easy and just right for a beginner 3d artist like me
Only occasionally will I get more complex jobs like modeling clothes for a character (Like in my previous post: https://peakd.com/hive-174301/@madvibe/creating-wearables-for-a-character-my-most-stressful-job ) or creating different accessories for an NFT, other than that, I mainly deal with products
Okay I'm going to spam you with renders and screenshots of different projects now, Feel free to NOT make sense of it lol🙃

And as for my goal of creating short films and cinematics, I'm proud to say I am right in the middle of creating my very first character (Yay me!!!). Although it is not an original character i came up with myself, I am the one modeling from scratch and hoping to animate sometime in the future.

MY GOAL ON THE PEAKD PLATFORM

To be honest what made this platform appealing to me at first was the rewards system, where contributors or creators are directly rewarded for their content and creativity. But aside from that I've come to realize that this platform would be good for me as it gives me motivation to work on more personal projects and not just client work, so that I can post and talk about them, and maybe even complete old abandoned projects with a lot of potential.
Long story short, this platform is keeping me on my toes to stay as productive and as creative as possible, and I'm loving it😃
