Mi nombre es Luis Gil, soy atleta de street workout y calistenia activo desde el año 2018, he tenido la oportunidad de destacar en varias areas de la calistenia como: dinámicos, estáticos, streetlifting, básicos, etc. Aparte de ser atleta también soy entrenador e instructor de fitness y calistenia certificado. Esto me ha echo poder vivir de lo que me gusta, que es trabajar de todo lo referente a la actividad física y el ejercicio.
My name is Luis Gil, I am a street workout and calisthenics athlete active since 2018, I have had the opportunity to stand out in various areas of calisthenics such as: dynamic, static, streetlifting, basics, etc. Aside from being an athlete, I am also a certified fitness and calisthenics trainer and instructor. This has allowed me to live doing what I like, which is working on everything related to physical activity and exercise.
En agosto del 2024 haré 6 años entrenando calistenia y street workout, en todos estos años e tenido muchos tropiezos y subidas. Con el tiempo he aprendido a disfrutar del progreso y a dejar de frustrarme tanto, gracias a esta disciplina aprendí que la paciencia y constancia son unas grandes y esenciales virtudes para este camino. Uno de mis más grandes logros fue viajar a conocer la comunidad calistenica de caracas, donde tuve la oportunidad de competir a nivel nacional por primera vez, sencillamente una experiencia inolvidable. Ya hace un tiempo atrás he estado observando mediante Instagram el trabajo que SWC ha echo por los atletas de todo el país, y tengo por objetivo principal conocer todos los estados del país con mayor actividad en el deporte y así compartir y crecer juntos, otro de mis objetivos es hacer que este deporte sea conocido en mi ciudad natal y siento que con la blockchain y SWC ese objetivo lo puedo cumplir.
In August 2024 I will be training calisthenics and street workout for 6 years, in all these years I have had many setbacks and ups. Over time I have learned to enjoy progress and stop getting so frustrated. Thanks to this discipline I learned that patience and perseverance are great and essential virtues for this path. One of my greatest achievements was traveling to meet the calisthenics community of Caracas, where I had the opportunity to compete at a national level for the first time, simply an unforgettable experience. For some time now I have been observing through Instagram the work that SWC has done for athletes throughout the country, and my main objective is to know all the states in the country with the greatest activity in sports and thus share and grow together, another of My goals are to make this sport known in my hometown and I feel that with blockchain and SWC I can achieve that goal.
