I am very motivated, I tell you that I was sick for a couple of months, I was diagnosed with Lupus as I told you in old publications and I was more than 5 months of absolute rest but this week my treating doctor authorized me to complete my internship and for me it was great news, so I come to tell you a little about the place where I work, which in my opinion is wonderful.

The agricultural area under cultivation in Pakistan is mostly small farmers. There are majority of such farmers who have agricultural land ranging from a few canals to twenty acres. I'm here to celebrate the birthday of a very dear bird, Cooky, @oscurity's mascot. Cookky to celebrate his 5 months birthday, is holding a contest called: "Surprise Cooky", the idea is to leave him with his beak open; I will try to achieve it, but before I show it I will tell you that Cooky is a roseicollis agapornis bird, these birds are native to the African continent, they usually measure 15 centimeters. They are usually known under the name of love bird or inseparable.

It felt as if she had been running for hours, but the woman known as 'Grace' knew that she was only outside for a matter of minutes. She slowed her pace and leaned against a wall, breathing heavily from the exertion of having to fight hard to simply stay on her feet. Her heart rate increased and tried to rise to its natural resting state, but the chains bound by around her waist, bruised her skin, holding her pace deep within her muscles. She felt the beginnings of a bruise as her chest began to pound harder, and she had to fight the urge to scream out her pain. She closed her eyes and took deep breaths, trying to calm herself before anyone finds her and gives her more training. After several minutes, she managed to bring her heart rate, near pulse and pain to zero, despite her ill-condition.
