ENGAGE ON HIVE:MY PAINTING

I painted a room myself and i wish to share it with people on hive.
To so many people, painting of house has been a very difficult task which they cannot engage themselves in.

There are no much specialty in painting once you know what you want to paint or even has a sample of the work you are about to do. I have a sample of the painting design i did today so, i worked towards getting that same result as the sample i had. Here is the sample of the work i did.

I started my work by getting the necessary materials needed for the work. They are;

• Paints(orange, white and lemon ).
• Roller.
• Painting brush.
• Paper tape.

I started by pouring the orange paint in a bucket since it will serve as the background as seen in the sample. I then painted the wall of the room with orange paint using the roller and brush when needed. After the first touch of orange dried, i retouched it with orange again just to be sure that the colour is deep enough.

I started the design on the sample by laying the paper tape on the wall just to demarcate where a colour will start or end. The design part of the painting is a bit complex depending on the design you want to do. Been conscious as well as patience is needed here as some work will not form what you intend to do if there is a mistake in applying the paper tape. The paper tape must be as straight as possible to form a good design.

This is the result of the painting done by me on the first wall.

Having done with the first wall, i starting the wall beside it to form similar design.

Ain't they beautiful? Of course they are.

Anything you find your hands doing, do it well. It doesn't matter where you come from, your background, what people say or people's opinion about you. Just keep on trying and don't ever relent, one day you will get through it. Hardwork, commitment, diligence and consistency matters in everything you do. The passion people see in you and the work you do sometimes drive them towards you, please don't disappoint them by not giving them the best.

PAINTING
Painting is the illustration or artwork done with the use of paint(s). It is also an art of applying paint to a surface. Engaging in some kind of art work has always been fun for those who like it.

All pictures used in this post is taken by my friend while i'm painting i.e none of it is downloaded or gotten online.
