I would like to know from your interactions with this person what information do you have, name, nicks, aliases, phone, screenshots of the convo, everything.
You onboarded this user, and then you delegated to it, are you telling me that you didnt even looked at the intro or account before delegating to it to verify it was the same person that contacted you?
You have to understand that facilitating abuse in HIVE by onboarding people in a negligent way and looking the other way is not beneficial for the platform.
