The government has not done anything special though just that they sound some warning earlier without even preventing or preparing for them.. They just wish the citizens had their way out already, those that don't have where to run to stayed back till the very damage occurs and now their are push to various primary schools and reserved areas in stadium to stay that's not appropriate ..
