actualmente soy estudiante de entrenamiento deportivo y estoy a un año de culminar mi carrera universitaria

como entrenador de gimnasia artística femenina
Hello everyone my name is Joseph Perez and I am part of the induction project for young athletes practicing street workout
I live in Colombia, more precisely in Mosquera Cundinamarca,
I am 21 years old and I have been practicing Street workout and calisthenics for 6 years now,
I am currently a sports training student and I am one year away from finishing my university degree

Desde pequeño me he caracterizado por ser un chico muy activo , no me gustaba quedarme quieto, amaba el movimiento y mas que nada amaba el deporte, durante mi niñez llegue a pertenecer a la liga colombiana de taekwondo, en mi pre adolescencia practique skate y futbol, llegada mi adolescencia comencé a interesarme por los video juegos al punto de consumirme en ellos, tome la decisión de cambiar mi estilo de vida, empecé a entrenar en un parque cercano con un amigo, eso fue a finales de 2016 me fui desenvolviendo en el deporte y conociendo cada día mas la escena que rodeada este mundo, actualmente con 22 años sigo siendo practicante de esta bella disciplina.
Since I was little I have characterized myself as a very active boy, I did not like to sit still, I loved movement and more than anything I loved sports, during my childhood I belonged to the Colombian taekwondo league, in my pre-adolescence I practiced skateboarding and soccer When I was a teenager, I began to be interested in video games to the point of consuming myself in them, I made the decision to change my lifestyle, I started training in a nearby park with a friend, that was at the end of 2016, I developed in the sport and getting to know more about the scene that surrounds this world, at the age of 22 I am still a practitioner of this beautiful discipline

Mi propósito con la plataforma es llegar a todas aquellas personas que recién están empezando en este mundo de la calistenia y de la actividad física,
con mis conocimientos actuales y futuros se que podré ayudar a muchos a tener un camino más fácil, mediante consejos, correcciones de ejercicios y muestra de cómo se deben realizar correctamente, una metodología educativa es lo que busco hacerme conocer por mi labor y destacar en ella es mi objetivo
My purpose with the platform is to reach all those people who are just starting out in this world of calisthenics and physical activity,
With my current and future knowledge, I know that I will be able to help many to have an easier path, through advice, correction of exercises and shows how they should be done correctly. An educational methodology is what I seek to make myself known for my work and stand out in it. is my objetive

Gracias a esta disciplina a sido un sube y baja de emociones, esta disciplina nos brinda todas aquellas cosas que buscamos para obtener una mejor calidad de vida, mi mente y cuerpo se encuentran mas conectados desde el momento en el cual empecé a entrenar esta bella disciplina
Thanks to this discipline, it has been an up and down of emotions, this discipline gives us all those things that we seek to obtain a better quality of life, my mind and body are more connected from the moment in which I began to train this beautiful discipline
